Meet the Founder

  • Dr. Jacqueline Mundkur operates professionally out of both India and Portugal. She is the Founder, The Nxt Levels as well as an International Faculty at various reputed B Schools; Invited Faculty at School of Business Management, NMIMS, Mumbai (Equis and AACBS accredited) , Invited Faculty at KJ Somiaya Institute of Management Studies Mumbai, Thesis Assessment Board and Advisor ( Work Projects and Project Based Learning) at Nova SBE, Lisbon (AMBA, Equis and AACBSaccredited).

She has authored two global books on strategically important topics centred around Sustainability and Customer experience :

  •      Sustainability and Competitive Advantage (Routledge Publications, 2026) 
  •      Customer First- The mindset that spells success (Sage Publications, 2022)  

Many of her case studies have been published globally in reputed publications (Emerald Emerging Markets Case Studies, The Case Centre and Ivey publications and , also available on the Harvard Business Publications Learning site  https://hbsp.harvard.edu/.

She mentors start-ups in the CX space and is a certified Independent Director.
She brings 28 years of Industry experience at leadership positions in Marketing,Sales and Customer Experience (CX) and, has delivered success across Telecom,Logistics, FMCG, Durables, Retail and Business Advisory Sectors. Her multi-faceted expertise spans strategy and design domains of large and complex CX Operations where she successfully handled complex assignments spanning Contact-Centre Operations, Enterprise Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM),Customer Retention and Loyalty and, integration of AI and Digital into CX processes.
